- How do I join? Joining is easy. Simply click on the
'Register' button on the home page or on the navigation menu and fill out the required
information. Once finished filling out the information and submitting it you
will receive a verification e-mail to activate your account. Simply click
on that link or cut/paste it into your browser and your activation process will
be complete.
- I lost my password now what? A simple fix. Click on
the 'Forgot your password?' link directly under the login fields. Enter your
e-mail address and click submit. You will receive an email with the password
that you chose or was generated for you. To protect your privacy and ensure
that you are the person attempting to retrieve the password we prefer to send it
directly to your email box.
- How do I change my information? In order to allow you to
change your password, your profile, and your email address we have created My WyTy.
From the navigation menu click on the portion that you would like to change, make
your changes and click the appropriate action button at the end of the form.
It's that easy.
- Do I really have to show all my personal information? Absolutely
NOT! Again your privacy is our utmost concern. You can determine what
you want to show and what you want to hide by editing your 'My WyTy' profile information.
After accessing that section from the navigation menu, click the check box associated
with the information that you would like hidden. When you're finished click
the 'Update Profile' button and its all taken care of.
- I've lost my password and my email address has changed. What do I
do? At WyTy we understand how the Internet can cause some issues
especially when you change Internet providers or your primary email address.
In this case please message us from the 'Contact Us'
page and our staff will promptly assist you.
- How do I search for a number? Searching for a number can
be done by entering information into two required fields, 'Last Name' and 'State'.
To narrow down your search you may enter the first name or simply use the first
initial of the person you are looking for. This will drill down your search
to a more specific result set. (i.e. Last Name=Smith; First Name = J).
- Why when I search for a number does it show a result, but not the rest of
the information? To protect the privacy of our users from any unwelcome
telemarketers, we require that anyone who wants to see a record's complete information,
be registered. This helps us monitor activity and remove any registrant that
is traced to be abusing the service by doing such things as mass searches for these
